1.Daily maintenance
(1)The explosion-proof lamp and lamp cover should be able to automatically cut off the power before opening. However, because the interlocking device is more complicated to set up, it is not easy to implement, so most lamps only have warning signs such as "Do not open with power on" when the housing is clearly visible. Since the surface temperature of the bulb is still high after power failure, there is still a risk of ignition of flammable gases.
(2) When replacing the bulb of lighting fittings, the of power and models of lamp source shall comply with the provisions of fitting markings, or it may cause overheating. When replacing the bulb (tube), the flameproof joint surface of the explosion proof emergency light shall be properly protected from damage; There should be no rust layer on the flameproof surface. If there is slight rust, there should be no numbness after cleaning. The sealing ring used for dust and water resistance must be intact, which is very important for the safety-enhancing lamps. If the sealing ring is seriously damaged, replace it with a sealing ring of the same specification and the same material, and replace the entire lamp if necessary. When repairing, pay attention to whether the lampshade is intact and replace it immediately if it is broken.
2.Regular maintenance and repair
(1) Maintenance and repair personnel need to undergo on-the-job training to understand the performance of the lamp, and clarify the use requirements.Maintenance personnel must have professional knowledge and be familiar with the structure of lighting products.
(2) Regularly eliminate dust and dirt on the shell of explosion proof flood lamp, and improve the light efficiency and heat dissipation performance of the lamps. The cleaning method can be sprayed with water (above the shade on the lamp) or wet cloth according to the protective ability of the lamp housing. When spraying with water, the power should be cut off. It is strictly prohibited to scrub the plastic casing (transparent parts) of the lamp with a dry cloth to prevent static electricity.
(3) Inspect the plastic casing (transparent part) of the lamp for serious discoloration. If the discoloration is serious, the plastic has aged. Check the transparent parts for signs of being impacted by foreign objects, and the protective net for looseness, desoldering, corrosion, etc. If so, stop using it and replace it in time.
(4) When the light source is damaged, the light should be turned off in time, and the replacement should be notified, so as to prevent the electrical components such as ballasts from being in an abnormal state for a long time because the light source cannot be started.
(5) If there is any water in the lamp cavity used in a humid environment, it should be removed in time, and the sealingparts should be replaced to ensure the protective performance of the shell.
(6) When opening the lamp cover, open the cover after power off according to the warning sign.
(7)After opening the cover, check whether the explosion-proof joint surface is intact, whether the rubber seal is hardened or sticky, whether the wire insulation is green and carbonized, and whether the insulation and electrical components have deformation and burn marks. If these problems are found, they should be repaired and replaced in time.
(8) The type, specification, size and performance of the light source, parts and electrical components after maintenance and replacement shall be completely the same as those of the light source, parts and electrical components before maintenance and replacement.
(9)The sealed part of the lamp should not be dismantled and opened frequently, To avoid damage to the seal.
